Your investment in these wet bags goes a long way. Don't think of it as a nappy bag, it's your all-purpose parenting bag. Designed for use with cloth nappies but its uses go way beyond that. One of our lovely customers called them Bags Of Awesome, and that sums them up perfectly.

Perfect make up bags, toiletry bags, beach bags and great for trips to the swimming pool. If you do use them for cloth nappies, these large bags will hold about 10-12 nappies - ideal for storing your nappies at home as well as out and about. The bag size is 38 x 55cm.

Features include a handle so it can hung on doors or hooks and a zipper fastening.

Wet bags are made from the same material as the outer shell of our nappies. So, just like a nappy, they are designed to keep wetness in, but they won't tolerate being soaked. They are perfect for storing dirty nappies, damp wipes, swim suits in a towel etc - but if you use them for something really wet (like rinsed, unwrung CSP, very wet wipes, or a swim suit that's not been wrung out) then they will wick moisture, just like a nappy.

You can read more about how to store your cloth nappies here, or uses for your bag here.

Nappy know-how

What do I do with the poo?

Good question! Put it in the loo or for tiny baby poo it can go straight in the machine as it's water soluble. You can also use a reusable or disposable liner that sits next to the skin and can make it easier to dispose of the poo.

How do reusable nappies work?

Reusable nappies are like disposables, but get washed and used again instead of put in the bin. They have pads called boosters that absorb the wee, and poppers to adjust the size so they grow with your baby.

How much will I save with reusable nappies?

If you're using premium nappies you'll save around £700 per year.

How many do I need?

You change them as often as you would a disposable. Full-time use is 20 reusable nappies, washing them every two to three days. Five nappies is about one day's worth and you can mix and match with disposables. We ofter a single trial nappy, or a pack of five. Buy them, try them for a month, and either keep them or send back for a full refund.
