Returns

We know that sometimes things don’t always fit perfectly, or look the way you thought. That’s why if you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help! 

At Baba+Boo we pride ourselves on having happy customers, this means if you’re not totally in love with your order then let us know, we won’t be offended we promise. If you do change your mind on something then as long as you can let us know within 14 days of receiving your item AND it is in its ‘as new’ condition (i.e. hasn’t been washed or worn at all) then we will happily take it back for exchange, credit or refund. Simply use the returns address label contained within your parcel and post it back to us with your instructions on whether you’d like an exchange or refund.

If you’ve lost your address label, don’t worry, please just post to Atlantic Business Centre, Atlantic Street, Altrincham, WA14 5NQ don’t forget to include your name/order number in the parcel.

We would suggest that you send this using a tracked service because if we don’t receive it, we can’t refund or exchange it. Sending it tracked means you’ll be covered if it gets lost.

Refunds

Whilst all the Baba+Boo team carry out rigorous quality checks when our products arrive at HQ, we’re only human and sometimes things might get missed. If you notice a fault with any of your Baba+Boo goodies then please get in touch with us here and we’ll do everything possible to rectify it. It’s useful to have a photo of the item, demonstrating the fault so that we can promptly get you sorted with a replacement. We may sometimes ask you to send the faulty item back so that we can fix it and donate the item to a charity. If we do ask you to send anything faulty back, we will issue you a returns label so that you’re not out of pocket.

Please note that we are not able to accept returns back from third-party sellers, if you have purchased the product from anywhere other than Baba+Boo, please revert to the original seller as they are better placed to help you with your enquiry.
