Our kits contain everything you need to get started with cloth nappies. You need around 20 nappies for full time use but this smaller kit will help ease you in slowly.
This kit contains:
A nappy bucket
Two laundry bags (Which go inside your bucket. Just lift the bag out of the bucket and into the washing machine. Job done.)
A nappy storage bag of your choice (perfect for storing nappies when you're out and about)
A roll of biodegradable liners
Your choice of 5 newborn nappies (and 10 bamboo mix newborn inserts).
Choose your nappies from the selection above, then choose your bag and add them to your cart. Make sure you scroll along to see the full choice - we have a lot to choose from!
We offer one type of nappy. In two different sizes. And that is it. Our nappies are called pocket nappies. They are made of waterproof material. The lining of the nappy, which is next to your baby's skin, is made of a soft stay dry fleece. so they will stay nice and dry until they are ready to be changed. Our nappies are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, so you can be sure there are no nasty chemicals near your baby's precious bum.
Each nappy has a pocket at the back. Inside the pocket, you put the inserts. The insert is the absorbent part of the nappy.
All of our nappies come with two inserts. You may only need one insert when your baby is small and as your baby grows, you will put two inserts inside the pocket.
You change the whole nappy including inserts at change time. Think of a reusable nappy in the same way you think of a disposable nappy. But you wash it instead of putting it in the bin.
We have two sizes of nappies: Newborn and One Size. Our nappies are adjustable and grow with your baby. But you need to choose a size to start off with.
Newborn nappies: Suitable for smaller babies from 2kg to 8kg (5lb to 18lb)/birth to 6 months. Choose this size if your baby is teeny.
One Size nappies: Suitable for bigger babies from 4kg to 16kg+ (10lb to 36lb)/8 weeks to potty training. Click here to see our One Size Starter Kits.
If you need some help with what size, get in touch via our chat box or contact us here.

The nappy outer is waterproof and is made from 100% polyester with a polyurethane lining.
The nappy inner which sits next to your baby's skin is made from very soft microfleece.
All of our outer, inner, and all components are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, so you can be sure there are no nasty chemicals near your baby's precious bum.
Inserts are made from two layers of viscose bamboo and two layers of microfibre.
Inserts Outer: 80% bamboo 20% polyester
Inserts Inner: 80% polyester 20% polyamide.

Fuctional & Cute
We bought this kit as an intro to reusable nappies with the help of our London council's nappy voucher scheme. They have been perfect for us to get used to using reusables and how they will fit into our lives. We have built a larger reuasable stash since this kit and now use 80% reusable and 20% disposable - for times when we're out an about, haven't kept up with washing or on a long haul flight. Also, must mention how cute the designs are - it seems a shame to cover them with clothes.
Absorbency is poor
I love the concept of the nappies and they’re super smooth on baby’s skin when dry but I was surprised how poor the absorbency is even after a very short while the nappies are sopping wet. I can’t imagine this is great for baby’s skin sadly, so I haven’t continued to use :(
