payment

We can take payment by Paypal or card payments by telephone. We are also happy to accept cheques. If you want to pay by cheque, please send order details along with the cheque made payable to Baba+Boo Ltd and send them to our office:

delivery

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible but please allow up to 3-5 days for delivery from placing your order. Please see our delivery + returns for details of delivery costs.

returns

We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Returned postage charges will only be refunded if the item is faulty. If an item you have received is damaged please inform us as soon as you can and we can arrange a replacement for you. We want happy customers so let us know if you have any problems!
