delivery + returns

We have reviewed our postage and are delighted to tell you that postage for all UK orders is £3.50.

We have also significantly reduced our European and worldwide postage costs too. Please see below table for how international postage prices will be calculated. A running total is shown in the shopping basket, so delivery costs are all clear before you checkout.

We post all orders either same or next day. Small orders are posted by Royal Mail and larger orders such as starter kits are sent out by courier and aim to be with you within 5 working days if you are in the UK. For overseas deliveries, parcels take a little longer but we will notify you of this when we receive your order.

Drop us a line if you have any queries about postage. Please note that these postage prices do not apply to wholesale orders. If you are interested in our wholesale prices, please email eve on eve@babaandboo.com.

We are confident you will be happy with our products...but we offer a 100% no-quibble return policy. You can exchange or have a refund. We just ask that you contact us as soon as possible and return the item back to us within 14 days. Please contact us if you would like to return your items or return them to the address below, details of which will be in your parcel:

Only exception is that we cannot accept used nappies back unless they are faulty! If you have any issues at all though, just contact us and we will try to help as best we can.
